Best practice on appointment of match officials

New Guidance issues by RFU Match Officiating Review Group in an attempt to support the appointments of match officiating at the start of the season.

I would be grateful if the letter below can be read as a way of spreading good practice that has already been evidenced across the country. If your Referee Society already follows the required practice – thank you and continue to do so. It’s possible that we can all do even better to ensure matches are covered in September so please consider how you can help to ensure that the aim identified in the letter can be met.
