MacGregor retires from RFRU board

Veteran administrator Allan MacGregor retires from the RFRU board after 27 years of service. A key voice for northern refereeing, MacGregor has been an ardent driver of development and his leadership in bringing the RFRU through to a Constituent Body has been invaluable.

MacGregor has been awarded Honorary Life Membership in recognition for all he has gave to the game and officiating in England.
